Q. Who Owns This Site?

A.  Vivian Ireene Pierce owns this site.  This is her official pay site, and is solely owned by Vivian.  

Q. What about other sites with Vivian Ireene Pierce on them?

A. No, they are not owned by Ms. Pierce and she has nothing to do with how the content is shown or how the site is run. VivianBound.com and VivianIreenePierce.com are the only sites that are solely owned and run by Vivian Ireene Pierce.

Q.  Real Life or Fantasy?

A.  Pure and simple FANTASY. Vivian and/or any other model on this site are NOT actually being hurt, NOT actually in peril, NOT doing anything illegal, and NOT doing anything against their will.   This is all done in Fantasy while having silly, kinky fun, and/or for just plain pleasure.  But, just so that we are completely clear:  ALL OF THIS IS PRETEND AND MAKE BELIEVE!!  In other words, it's NOT real!!

A.  As much as Vivian would love to just get dressed up and play with her ropes, it's not possible at this time to always generate enough content to make a monthly membership site offer her fans good value for their dollar.  At some point in the future, Vivian may be able to create content quickly enough that she would feel a Members Site would offer a better value, but she feels that this is the best way to let her fans decide what they want to spend their money on at this time.

Q.  Why a download site?

A.  It enables our hostess to have a site that she knows that she can keep up with, and not disappoint her fans.  This means a lot to her.   When Vivian travels a lot, it's sometimes hard for her to get all her emails read, fan mail replied to, etc.   She hopes that by opening a site like this, she will not only have the site that she's wanted to have for years, but she hopes it will give her the chance to stay home more, get tied up more, and spend more time with her fans.

Q. When I buy a video or photo set, what shows up on my credit card statement?

A.  For security purposes and privacy, credit card charges will appear as SURFNET.  

Q.  Why do you charge for this stuff?  Shouldn't the web be free?!?

A.  Just like you, we all need to eat, have a roof over our heads and an internet connection.  Our girl Vivian deserves that too and a little extra money for rope, stockings, and boots.  Not to mention, between traveling for public appearances, fan signings, as well as days spent on shoots, she is not able to have a normal 9 to 5 job.  She relies on the support of all of her fans so that she can keep creating exciting content for the enjoyment of all.

A.  Yes, Vivian will consider most custom shoots, as long as they are within her parameters.  Please email Vivian.



Q.  How do I open the .zip files?

A.  On Windows XP, just double click the .zip file, then a directory window will open.  Drag and drop the files to a normal directory on your hard drive.  If you don't have windows XP, you can use a shareware file extractor such as WinZip or similar free programs.

Q.  What if I have a problem with downloading purchased stuff?
