Before I left Vegas, I had one for the road!

During my trip in LA

The Farmers Market in LA

Above was a dancing fountain with music and lights, it was beautiful.

To the Left, Gilmore Gas was the first gas station in the country to ever have self-serve pumps.

The pictures below were taken through the window of a book store... avery well lit book store.   With displays like this in broad
daylight, I can't believe what they won't let us get away with in public.

This was taken walking around an outside shopping center in the LA area, in the window of a clothing store.  I saw this and died laughing when I realized what  it was.

Me shopping at H&M, one of my favorite stores.  I had to get these HOT pants.  Boots will look so great with them!  Also the first picture taken of me with my natural hair color.   I'm still getting used to it. :P

Okay, you may or may not have seen this before.  But, I  never have and thought this was crazy!  This was taken in Target  when I was helping my bud, Boyd Hambleton (Art of Naughtiness) do some shopping for his new LA apartment.

This was so insane.  Look closely!  You can plainly see the doorway into the Ladies Room, but you can't quite see the toilet behind the plant as they tried to place it strategically to hide it.  There were two toilets.  One was actually in a stall, but the other was as you see it now.  And there was NO lock on the bathroom door!!

I just don't understand.  This was in a fairly nice Italian restaurant.  Can we say that some Californians spend too much time in the sun?!  LOL

I'm in the car driving and I turn and think, "What the hell?"  If you can't tell, it's a gas station.  The things you see in LA.

If you don't know what this is, I will tell you.   It is the sign from the forever popular "Charmed" television show.  P3 is the name of the nightclub that Piper owned.  I know I'm silly, but I just loved that show.  So I had to take a picture of it and share it with all of you nice people.

The sign was hanging at a store that sells the wardrobe of TV and
Movie sets.  The best part is that all the money goes to charity.

I had so much fun shopping there that I went back twice!  I found some vintage Victorian dress wear, medieval outfits, and dresses that I'm sure were used in a western.  Oh (giggle) I bought a necklace that was worn on the Playboy channel.  Also, a dress from General Hospital.  There was some 'Star Trek' clothing there, but sadly, it was all just everyday clothing that the extras wore, nothing too interesting for me.  :(

       Check out my video blog...

Above is a picture of the hotel that the Munchkins stayed at during
the shooting of 'The Wizard of OZ.'  I heard from a good source that
since all the midgets had never seen so many other midgets before,
they actually had to hold off shooting for 3 days because all the
midgets were having sex and partying too much.

I got to go into this historic 1920's hotel.  In the lobby, they have
a vintage looking lounge with a bar, so I stayed for a drink.

To the left: I don't know if you have seen this on the 'Girls Next
Door' or on one of those traveling restaurant places on TV.  This is
the famous 'Pink's Hot Dog Stand.'  It took almost 2 hours of waiting
in line to get what everyone says are the best Chili Dogs.  I
actually would have to disagree with that statement because I have
had better.  I think that if they would use real cheddar cheese on
it, instead of individually wrapped processed cheese like you buy at
any store, it would have made them a lot better.   For the price,
they could have afforded the real cheddar cheese.  I will say that
the Chili Fries were good though.

I went to the Redondo Pier.  Took a look around the shops, had some
ice cream, watched the local beggars try to steal fish (that would be
the pelicans), saw a beautiful sunset, and played some video games.

Wow!  How cool to find one of these in working order!!  It was insane
all the video games from the past and kiddy rides they had from the
original Coney Island.
